Gestern haben wir Botafogo besucht – ein Stadtviertel in der Zona Sul in Rio de Janeiro mit einzigartigem Ausblick auf die Wahrzeichen der Stadt: den Zuckerhut sowie die weltberühmte Jesus Statue. Botafogo ist ein ruhigeres Viertel das zu einem Spaziergang an der Strandpromenade einlädt. Wer sportlich ist kann sich einem der vielen sportlichen Aktivitäten am Strand anschließen oder sich ein nettes Plätchen zum sonnen und entspannen suchen.

Our week had a wonderful kick-off in Botafogo with RioLIVE! Our students had the chance to explore this exquisite neighborhood and were captivated by the stunning views of Flamengo and Botafogo beaches. As it was Monday, some of them had their first day with us. It proved to be a fantastic opportunity to make new connections while strolling through and appreciating this remarkable location. What a great kick-off!
