El arte de la Capoeira es algo muy bonito porque yo pensaba que era solamente un arte marcial de pelea y me equivoqué. La capoeira es una arte una cultura que viene de muchos años atras y así se ha ido trasmitiendo de generación en generación a las demas personas. La Capoeira también es un baile, tiene el arte de la musica que se conecta con las personas y para nosotros los extranjeros su ritmo es pegajoso y muy bonito.

Capoeira with Mestre Toni is one of our monthly RioLIVE! Actitivies that you can enjoy in Rio & Learn Portuguese School. RioLIVE! Activities allow you to practice Portuguese while you learn about Brazil and its culture. When we play capoeira with Mestre Toni our Portuguese language students not just have their first Capoeira class, but they spend two hours listening Mestre Toni and practicing Portuguese. They can do questions to Mestre Toni as he explains the history and lots of stories around Capoeira’s world.
This time the students that enjoyed capoeira with Mestre Toni were Portuguese language students from France, UK, Australia, Peru and Germany
