Cooking in different cultures

Cooking Brazilian food

The cooking class has been my favorite Riolive weekend so far. It was in a relaxed setting, but still had so much fun. We made our own caipirinhas. Before we started the cooking. Learned a lot about how the different cultures produced what we know today as Brazilian cuisine. We made the famous moqueca soup and some sides. Everything was so delicious.

People say that cooking is relaxing. Cooking in different cultures can even more relaxing, our students had this experience at our RioLIVE! Weekend cooking class. They could learn about Brazilian cuisine and all the culture mix inside it and influences from different people. An experience that everybody loved and had a lot of fun cooking different cultures.
