What a great time we had with our RioLIVE! activity. Together we went to downtown Rio to immerse ourselves in the Brazilian culture and delicious food. It was an afternoon of fun, drinks, knowledge, and flavor having a fish moqueca as the main course. Since one of our students is vegan, we even had the opportunity to learn how to cook a traditional Brazilian vegan dish. Such a wonderful experience.
