Last Friday our students spent the night dancing in
São Cristóvão. Our objective for that night was to speak Portuguese, have good dinner together, drink some beers and caipirinhas, dance Forró, have fun and see some of the Northeastern culture. We reached our objective was reached, our night was really fun and our students profited from this

We started our
RioLIVE! Activity at the restaurant
Barraca da Chiquita, where our students encountered northeastern food. They particularly loved the sun dried meat, and for some, it was the best Brazilian food they had. After dinner we watched a concert and danced a lot of
Forró. It was really interesting seeing all the Rio & learn students dancing in São Cristóvão. Even the ones that had no idea how to dance tried really hard and risked some steps. It was an incredible night.
