Last Friday we had a good fun at Feira de São Cristóvão where our students knowed this typical fair with traditions form the Northeast of Brazil. We had a big group with students from France, UK, USA, Sweden, Perú, Germany, Iceland, Italy and Catalonia.
We arrived to Feira de São Cristóvão and after a walk around the place we went to have dinner together, and we had food cooked from this part of Brazil, Northeastern food! As we were having dinner the forró music from the main stage was playing and some of our students tried this dance (forró) that some had learned three days before. Music, food, beer, caipirinha and fun at Feira de São Cristóvão is a good plan for a night on Rio de Janeiro that not many tourist know.
Our students made us feel proud as they were talking Portuguese every time. It was a big surprise when music finished and students realized that it was 5 am!! Great night, galera!!!
