The sun and beach were the perfect setting for an afternoon playing volleyball at the beach.  Team Copacabana did not expect to loose, so they will ask for a”rematch”!  There were lots of laughs as people dove for the ball (and missed) but everyone had a good time.

Yesterday we had a great day at the beach. Nothing better than enjoying a beautiful afternoon playing beach volley at Copacabana. Our students gathered together to play fun and challenging matches.

We split into two teams: One from the intermediate class which was named Copacabana and the other from the Beginner and Advanced Class which was named IpaFogo.

Besides playing and having fun we took the moment to speak Portuguese and to get some sports vocabulary. It was really a great day at the beach.
