Responsibilities

  • You’ll take charge of our social media landscape, focusing on all our platforms. Engage with our community, spark conversations, and curate captivating content that resonates with our target audience.
  • You will have the crucial responsibility of formulating a comprehensive Global Social Media Plan, which will be complemented by tailored strategies for each of our individual accounts. These strategies will be seamlessly aligned with the marketing directives provided by the company.
  • Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our community members, encouraging active participation and interaction.
  • Must be able to promote sales from social networks and social media tools (usage of Meta Ads and Linkedin ads).
  • Proficiency in capturing and editing videos intended for utilization in our promotional campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Encouraging sales and driving traffic to the website and other school social media profiles.
  • Marking and monitoring of KPI’s.
  • Expertise with AI is a must, even more when we talk about working with it side-by-side to improve our social media content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in community management, particularly on WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, Pinterest, Linkedin, Reddit and Twitch.
  • Native speaker of English, French, or Spanish, with a strong command of Portuguese.
  • A deep understanding of social media dynamics, trends, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Know how to work with an eye on results.
  • Passion for our industry and a keen eye for engaging content.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in AI applications.
  • Creative, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
