CRM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee our CRM and BI systems to ensure they are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and marketing results.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
• Work closely with the sales, pedagogical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and use of CRM tools.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on CRM and BI best practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM and BI trends and technologies to keep us ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Management Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong CRM and BI systems knowledge, with hands-on experience in managing these tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience using AI tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in English.
• Native English, Spanish, French, or German speakers are highly valuable.
