Responsibilities for our E-commerce Manager

• Manage and grow our internal advertising efforts (especially through our blog and organic content) to drive sales and promote our experiences.
• Design and implement AI-driven strategies to optimize ecommerce performance, automate processes, and personalize customer experience.
• Keep our WooCommerce store running smoothly with irresistible product listings, prices, and promos.
• Use our Pipedrive CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.
• Track performance with Google Analytics and AI-powered analytics tools to propose improvements.
• Manage and optimize occasional Meta Ads campaigns and other online advertising systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and teaching teams to integrate AI innovations into campaigns and customer journey.

Qualifications needed for our E-commerce Manager

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, Data Science, or a related field.
• Deep experience applying AI tools and platforms in ecommerce and digital marketing (not just basic usage — you drive innovation).
• Hands-on experience running an ecommerce operation end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and online ad systems.
• Experience managing internal advertising strategies (e.g., blog content, organic promotion).
• Strong skills in content marketing and SEO.
• Experience with Pipedrive CRM or similar systems.
• Native in English, French, German, or Japanese (Portuguese? Nice bonus!).
• Must be able to work on-site in Rio de Janeiro.
• Passion for education, people, and good times.
