Rio & Learn Portuguese School is looking for a dynamic Videographer to join our team and take charge of creating content for our social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Edit High-Impact Video Content: Produce and edit video content for social media, marketing, and internal projects. Short-form + long-form content — typically 20-40 videos per month, delivering consistently strong output while maintaining consistent quality.
• Create engaging videos: Being able to take responsibility for the end-to-end process of video making. Trim footage, add transitions, graphics, sound, and visual effects
• Maintain Brand & Quality Standards: Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards. Leverage AI for captioning, subtitles, and other efficiency improvements.
• AI-Savvy: Use AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs or similar) to generate voiceovers and enhance production workflows 
• Collaboration with creative and marketing teams: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on content concepts and execution
• Organization of files and projects: Maintain well-organized project files of video and audio assets
• Optimization for multiple platforms: Optimize video formats for different platforms and channels
• Review and implementation of feedback: Review and revise content based on feedback and project requirements
• Selection of audiovisual elements: Source music, sound effects, and overlays to enhance performance
• Export and delivery of content: Export platform-optimized videos with correct formats, aspect ratios
• Continuous research and innovation: Stay updated on video editing trends, AI tools, and best practices and suggest workflow optimizations

Qualifications

✨ What you need to succeed:

1. Proven Experience: In recording and editing video content for social media
2. Technical Proficiency: In Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus). Being comfortable with CapCut for quick social edits is an asset.
3. Visual Design: Basic thumbnail or static image design skills with Canva
4. Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency and native Portuguese fluency.
5. AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools and their application in content creation.
6. Creative Mindset: Ability to generate innovative content ideas and bring them to life.
7. Analytical Skills: Competence in using analytics tools to measure performance and inform content strategy.
