L’excursion au musee etait tres fun et interessante comme toutes les excursions/activites RioLIVE! jusqu’ici!!!! J’ai adore le musee et la balade autour de celui-ci, c’etait vraiment chouette! J’y retournerais sans hesiter.

Students having fun at Museu do Amanhã.
The Museu do Amanhã was one of the biggest constructions we had for the Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro. The place that was once forgotten by the city and the government, now became one of the most beautiful sites in town, and also a great place to practice Portuguese. Our RioLIVE! started with a fun visit to the museum, with an exposition that addresses great subjects for debates, where our students took the time to practice their Portuguese and use all their knowledge.
Soon after we walked by Rio’s harbour area. The place is perfect to take pictures. Our students incarnated the spirits of famous photographers and snapped many great compositions. The students asked many questions about the constructions made for the Olympic games and were really surprised when they saw a picture of the same place, but in 2014.
Finally, we went to praça mauá to drink a few beers, relax and watch the Flamengo match. Beeing good supporters like we are, we used all our luck and Flamengo won. It was an incredible RioLIVE!
