Am Montag, den 28.10.2019 haben wir mit ein paar Schülern und unserer Lehrerin Sylvia den Christo Redentor besucht. Wir haben sehr viel über die Geschichte dahinter erfahren und konnten und somit viele Eindrücke sammeln. Während der Busfahrt auf dem Weg zum Berg hat uns Sylvia aus den Bus auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten gezeigt und uns Sachen über Rio als Stadt und das Leben dort erzählt. Angekommen sind wir mit dem Zug hoch gefahren und konnten anschließend die atemberaubende Aussicht genießen. Es wurden viele Fotos gemacht und mit der Gruppe einfach die Atmosphäre genossen. Anschließend entspannten wir uns noch etwas in einer Bar auf dem Berg, bevor es dann wieder den Berg runter ging. Insgesamt war es ein sehr informativer Ausflug der mir neben dem Kennenlernen der Stadt auch die Chance gab, sowohl unsere Lehrerin als auch die Gruppe besser kennenzulernen, was die Stimmung zwischen uns allen sehr auflockerte und für eine super Atmosphäre zwischen sowol schülern als auch Lehrern sorgt.

On this beautiful day we went to the Corcovado Mountain, where is located one of the seven wonders of the world: Christ the Redeemer, passing through the Tijuca Forest and admiring the nature.
When we arrived at the top of the mountain we stopped to enjoy the view and took some amazing pictures. Passing through the Tijuca Forest, we also learned a lot about the geography of the Rio de Janeiro, and a little bit about the history of the Corcovado Mountain.
