Portuguese at Leme, that was our RioLIVE! at this time. Our Portuguese students visited Forte do Leme (Leme’s Fort), also called Forte Duque de Caxias, although we had a cloudy afternoon, we could have a nice view from beautiful parts of Rio.
For our students from Venezuela, Germany and United States, it doesn’t really matter if it is sunny or cloudy: Rio de Janeiro is a wonderful city and we love to enjoy every little part of it. We started our activity taking a nice walk through the beach until the neighborhood of Leme, after that, inside the fort, we had one more nice walk until the top part of the place. When the students got there, they were really amazed with the beautiful view that the place offers, views from Leme’s beach, Copacabana’s beach and also the Sugar Loaf.
Our Portuguese students loved Leme’s Fort, we are sure that along with the facts of watching the waves on the sea, speaking and practicing Portuguese, they loved even more. What about you? What are you waiting for to take part in our RioLIVE! Activities?!
