Atendente: Bom dia! Posso ajudar?
João: Bom dia! Gostaria de enviar este cartão-postal para os Estados Unidos e este documento para a Alemanha.
Atendente: Sim, claro! O senhor pode preencher este formulário com o nome e o endereço do remetente e o nome e o endereço do destinatário, por favor.
João: Assim está bem?
Atendente: Perfeito. Só precisa assinar aqui embaixo.
João: Quanto tempo leva para chegar lá?
Atendente: O senhor quer enviar de avião ou de navio?
João: Não sei, depende do tempo e do preço.
Atendente: Se o senhor enviar de navio, uns três meses. De avião, uma semana, mais ou menos.
João: De avião é mais rápido, mas de navio é mais barato, não é?
Atendente: Isso mesmo, senhor!
