La Feria de San Cristobal fue muy divertida. Conocimos un poco de la cultura nordestina, incluyendo la comida y el baile, y conocimos una parte diferente de la ciudad. Comimos mucho ya que la comida estaba deliciosa y despues bailamos toda la noche mientras bebiamos caipirinhas. Esta es la mejor forma de practicar portugues y compartir con los otros estudiantes de la escuela. Al final, despues de varias caipirihnas cantamos un poco de Karaoque, una forma muy diferente de practicar portugues.

Preta Gil’s concert at Feira de São Cristóvão was very fun and made the students from Rio & Learn dance a lot on Friday. What a night! Besides knowing the northeastern cuisine we also enjoyed the moment speaking Portuguese.
After the concert we had the opportunity to know Forró Pé de Serra and we also attempted some steps here and there. It was indeed a night to remember.
