The room I sublet is the room of a friend who now works in the city of São Paulo, due to a job transfer.
The apartment has a family feel, it is safe, clean, airy, quiet and very well located.
Being close to the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema, as well as Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas and the Cantagalo Metro Station, the building allows easy access to the commercial and tourist areas of the city.
The street is residential, connecting the Copacabana neighborhood to the Lagoa neighborhood, the building has 24-hour doormen, a guardhouse at the entrance, intercom and monitoring cameras in the common facilities.
