I had a great time visiting Niterói. I learned a lot from Igor. Igor took the time to not only show us around but also provide historical facts of events that occurred. After arriving to Niterói, we visited the Niterói Contemporary Art Museum. Igor explained to us how the designing and construction of the building came about. I enjoyed this trip, as much as our other RioLIVE! experiences, because we got the opportunity to not only learn the language but also learn about Brazilian culture and history. In my opinion, this is the BEST WAY to learn a new language!

Havia uma nova exposição no Museu Oscar Niemeyer em Niterói e nós atravessamos a Baía de Guanabara para vê-la. A mistura de pinturas e artigos de jornal tinha muito para nos contar sobre a cultura Afro Brasileira. No fim tinha uma caixa onde escrevemos uma mensagem para o mundo.
