Samba at Pedra do Sal
An evening with samba at Pedra do Sal is always like a trip to Rio’s old times. We went to enjoy this street music show with our Portuguese language students from US, China, UK, Perú, Venezuela and Lithuania.
As we were enjoying the samba concert they discovered new kinds of caipirinhas different from the classical lemon one, like maracujá, morango and abacaxi. On this samba at Pedra do Sal, musicians that know how to play samba can join freely to the former group musicians.
Our students practiced Portuguese together as they were enjoying the show all the night long and they learned some stories about this historical place.
