We invite you to do some group classes of Stand up Paddle in Rio de Janeiro that allows you to see Rio from an entirely different and amazing point of view!

Stand Up Paddle Surf is one of the relatively new sports practiced in Rio de Janeiro. It is perfect for everyone, since the Forte de Copacabana protects the beach from strong waves, thus making this RioLIVE! Activity very easy to learn. The best part is that you can enjoy the views of Copacabana from the sea, something that tourists or even locals don’t usually see.

Highlights of the Stand up Paddle in Rio de Janeiro

This is the perfect opportunity to try something new, or if you have already done it, to do it again in one of the most famous beaches in the world. The best part is that throughout the whole process, you will have fun, bond with other students, speak Portuguese and practice what you have learned in the classroom all while you tan your bodies! That’s what we call funlearning! Just think of how envious everyone back home will be =].

We will start by learning some basics on the beach, like balance and stance, with our trainer and after that you will have fun in the sea. Sometimes it’s so hot that you choose to fall in the water and swim instead =].
