Das Stand-Up Paddeling war super! Ich habe es vorher auf einem See ausprobiert. Hier in Rio ist es mit Wellen und atemberaubender Skyline noch besser! Für Anfänger gibts eine kurze Einführung und dann gehts aufs Wasser. Absolute Empfehlung.

Surfing with friends is a really common activity in Copacabana. Doing stand up paddle surfing with friends from school while practicing Portuguese is awesome! We did that in this RioLIVE! where our students spent their afternoon on the beach doing this activity since they love staying on the beach surfing but surfing with friends.
