Brazilian food is a mixture of the culinary heritage of the indigenous peoples who were here and the Africans and Europeans who came later. Chef Simone, in addition to teaching us how to cook, also showed how this mixture of cultural heritages influence our affectionate way of living. Certainly, the students were able to taste a little bit of brazilian warmth!
