I dag var vi til Capoeira time med Mestre Toni Vargas. På trods af, at jeg har lavet capoeira i snart mere end 14 år, fik jeg stadig en god oplevelse ud af det. Udover det var det dejligt at kunne få lov til vise og dele Capoeira med andre, da Capoeira har fyldt og stadig fylder en stor del af mig.

Capoeira is a Brazilian art. Our sudents learned more about the art of capoeira in this RioLIVE! They could get to know about its history, how it was created and also the movements because Capoeira is a mix of culture, dancing and fighting. Besides that, some of our students have been practicing this art in a while and they helped its instructor sharing what they have learned so far with their classmates. An amazing experience with the art of Capoeira.
