Yesterday we went to Praia Vermalha. The beach was beautiful and the views of the Sugar Loaf mountain were amazing. From there we walked to the Urca neighborhood where we drank caipirinhas and watched the sun go down over the mountains and behind the Christ the Redeemer monument. It was a wonderful experience; I had so much fun hanging out with people from the school!

What about the perfect combination of kind, beautiful people and a marvelous place? Well, that sums up our RioLIVE! Urca! We visited the Praia Vermelha beach, enjoyed the views and grabbed a couple of drinks in this beautiful neighborhood, with an incredible group of students. On top of that, everyone had a lot of fun discovering this new place and practicing Portuguese at the same time. The perfect combination!
