Last Friday, not even the rain brought our students down to enjoy the carioca night. We met in Copacabana went to the bar Vaca Atolada to take part in a very lively samba show, one of the members of the band is a former student of the school, Stna, he welcomed us and did a small jam session for us teaching how to play ‘cuΓca’, it was moment with a lot of interaction.
Our Portuguese students from Colombia, England, Argentina, France, United States, Germany, Romania, Canada, Belarus, Australia, Israel and Scotland had the opportunity to know each other better, since we had some students who were starting the course in the following week, they could practice Portuguese introducing each other. After some caipirinhas, the students risked themselves doing some samba steps. Our RioLIVE! had samba, Portuguese, fun, caipirinhas and beers. Going to Vaca Atolada was a great idea to start the weekend well!
Come to know Rio de Janeiro with the RioLIVE! Activities, you will have fun at the same time that you speak Portuguese!
