Welcome in Portuguese as an adjective
We can also use welcome in Portuguese as an adjective. When you really like someone and you feel that they are welcome to come to your house all the time, you can say:
Você é bem-vindo aqui. Sempre que quiser, pode voltar.
You are welcome here. Every time you want, you can come back.
In the other hand, if you feel the opposite way, you can use the same expression but in the negative form.
Cachorros não são bem-vindos aqui, eles fazem a maior bagunça.
Dogs are not welcome here, they make the biggest mess.
