La RioLIVE! de hoy fué en el famoso Cristo. Comenzó con un viaje en tren que es realemnte espectacular, eramos un grupo grande y a pesar de tener que esperar para poder subir, la espera fue casi tan entretenida como el viaje, realmente el grupo es genial. Una vez en al cima se puede ver todo Rio, y claro que es necesario hacer algunas acrobacias para conseguir una foto sin tantos turista, pero al final lo conseguimos y para coronar el día, vimos el atardecer, lindo, romatico (para las parejas), la mejor vista en Rio.
Yesterday we had a great afternoon with students at Cristo. Our
RioLIVE! was contemplated with a wonderful weather. Besides a shinny sun there were no clouds disturb the landscape.
Cristo is is one of the most beautiful places in the world and our students already knew that, but when we got there, everyone was atonished with the impressive view of the place.
It was a really amazing afternoon and even those who had already been to Cristo found a special view yesterday. We not only took pictures and spoke Portuguese, but we also enjoyed the sunset. As it is possible to see a great part of the Wonderful City from the top of Cristo, many questions about Rio came up. It was a great opportunity to speak Portuguese. But all good things must come to an end and it was time to go home. We came back by streetcar, very happy for having enjoyed such a marvelous view. Being with students at Cristo was a great way to have a perfect afternoon in Rio.
